About us
Radhe Krishna Handcrafts is a home-run handcraft business in India, run by R Sowmya Narayanan. We have no shop or office for visits.
Get help
Email contact@radhekrishnahandcrafts.store for anything about your order: sizes or changes, delivery, cancellation, damaged items, refunds or your account. We answer from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM IST.
Please include your name, the email you ordered with, your order number (it starts with RK, for example RK1001), and photos if they help. Never send your password, an email code, card details or your UPI PIN.
Your orders on this website
Sign in and open Orders to see each order’s progress, its courier and tracking number, and to cancel within 24 hours of ordering. Payment is taken online through Razorpay; cash on delivery is not accepted.
Grievance officer
For complaints, including privacy requests, contact our grievance officer, R Sowmya Narayanan, at contact@radhekrishnahandcrafts.store. We acknowledge every complaint within 48 hours and resolve it within one month. You can also contact the National Consumer Helpline on 1915 or at consumerhelpline.gov.in.
