Who we are

Radhe Krishna Handcrafts is a home-run handcraft business in India, run by R Sowmya Narayanan. We make each greedam ourselves, to each customer’s own size. We have no shop or office for visits. Email contact@radhekrishnahandcrafts.store, 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM IST. By ordering, you agree to these terms.

Your account

Use your own email address and your real name. Keep your password and email codes private; you are responsible for orders placed from your account. Please do not misuse the website or try to access anything that is not yours. You must be 18 or older to order, or order with a parent or guardian.

How an order works

• You choose a greedam, enter your size, and can mark the changes you want on its photo.
• You pay online. Your order is placed only when Razorpay confirms the payment to us; a screenshot or browser message alone is not proof of payment.
• You receive a confirmation email with everything you sent, and can follow each step under Orders on this website: placed, being made, dispatched and delivered.
• We email you again when your greedam is dispatched, with the courier and tracking number, and when it is delivered.

Prices and payment

Prices are in Indian rupees and shown on each greedam. Shipping depends on your state and is shown in your bag before you pay. The total you see before paying is the full amount charged; nothing is added later. We accept the payment methods Razorpay offers on our checkout, such as UPI, cards, net banking and wallets. Cash on delivery is not accepted. If a price on the website is clearly wrong, we will tell you before making your greedam, and you can choose a full refund.

Your size and changes

Your greedam is made to the measurements you enter, so please check them carefully. A colour tint on a marked photo is only a preview; the final colours and stones depend on the materials available. If a change you ask for is not possible, or would cost more, we contact you before starting work. You can then drop that change, or cancel for a full refund.

If we cannot make your order

In the rare case that we cannot make or deliver your order, we cancel it and refund the full amount, including shipping, to your original payment method.

Making, delivery and cancellation

We deliver anywhere in India. Please allow about 20 days for making and about one month in total until delivery. You can cancel for any reason within 24 hours of placing your order, from Orders on this website or by email, for a full refund. We do not start work during those 24 hours, and after them the order cannot be cancelled. See our Shipping & Delivery and Cancellation, Returns & Refunds policies for the details.

Handmade pieces

Each greedam is handmade, so small differences from the photos are natural, and colours can look slightly different on screens. This never excuses a damaged, wrong or faulty item; see our returns policy for what we do then.

Our responsibility

We are responsible for making and delivering your greedam as described. We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our control, such as natural disasters, strikes or courier disruption, but we will keep you informed, and you may cancel for a full refund if your order is delayed by more than 30 days beyond our estimate. Nothing in these terms removes your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, or other Indian law.

Photos and designs

The photos, designs and branding on this website belong to Radhe Krishna Handcrafts. Please do not copy them for commercial use without our permission.

Problems and disputes

If something goes wrong, please email us first; we acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and aim to resolve them within one month. These terms are governed by the laws of India. You can always approach a consumer commission or the National Consumer Helpline (1915 or consumerhelpline.gov.in).

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. An order follows the terms in place when it was placed.
